      Upon customer request, we have integrated each customer country’s taxes into the website https://anayatawellbeing.com/. The shown tax covers all taxes charged during the import to the customer’s country.
      Despite our greatest care not to do so, we are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical, and/or price modifications. We also assume no liability whatsoever as to the accuracy of the manufacturer’s description.

      To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us.
      In the case of delivery of products, the consumer loses his right of withdrawal when unsealing the product.
      Once we have received the returned merchandise in sealed condition, we will refund the original purchase, minus any outstanding payments the customer may owe us.
      The customer will be responsible to pay for trackable shipment for return shipments. We reserve the right to charge for freight costs for the return shipment in case it is paid for by us.

    3. Account Termination

  5. Payment

    The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

    Payments by credit card will be debited from your account after the declaration of acceptance has been transmitted.

  6. Delivery, Shipping, and Passing of Risk
    When you have submitted an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and confirming the details of your order, including the full shipping address and your order number. Once the order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
    We deliver our Products to Jordan. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery Fees are free. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
    Any delivery dates or periods agreed upon, as legally binding must be written.
    In case of goods that cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, we will deem the agreement as having been fulfilled, if the items have been provided and the buyer notified.     We are entitled to carry out partial deliveries at our own cost for any ordered items that are out of stock, in as far as this is deemed reasonable for the buyer.

This risk will be passed to the customer the moment he/she receives the delivery. Upon delivery, the customer should inspect the items to check for damage.     Should the content of the package be opened, damaged, or stolen, a replacement for the same product including prescription power as ordered according to the order confirmation will be provided after receiving a valid report from the courier company.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE “MILLENNIAL WELLNESS GROUP L.L.C – FZ” EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, CLAIMS ATTRIBUTABLE TO NORMAL WEAR, PRODUCT MISUSE OR MODIFICATION, ABUSE, INCORRECT PRODUCT SELECTION AND NOT FOLLOWING PRINTED DIRECTIONS.

THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN “MILLENNIAL WELLNESS GROUP L.L.C – FZ” AND YOU.   9. Warranty
    Should the delivered merchandise be defective, or its warranted qualities flawed, or should it develop defects within the warranty period as a result of poor materials or faulty manufacturing, then we will either repair the items or provide you with a replacement of the exact item including prescription power as ordered according to the order confirmation will be provided after receiving a valid report from the courier company.     All cancellations done prior to the 72 hrs. before check in can request a change of date.
    All cancellations done 24 hrs. prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    Any modification in the reservation is subject to availability at the time of making such a request.
    In Case of failure to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date, the entire reservation will be canceled automatically and will be charged for the entire reservation.

    All cancellations done prior to the 72 hrs. before check-in can receive their refund under credit available in their account on Anayata Wellbeing website and will be able to select another date.
    All cancellations done 24 hrs. prior to arrival will receive 50% refund under credit available in their account on Anayata Wellbeing website and will be able to select another date
